Wachusett Brewing Company: Your Destination for Great Beer and Family-Friendly Dining

Cross-posted from yelp: Great ambiance, good staff. I love the vibe of the airstream! It was a bit too crowded during my first visit (winter) and we couldn't find seating. Recently visited again, and got an outdoor table that was nicely located and not noisy. Enjoyed flights of beer to try some options (fairly priced!) and also ended up ordering some appetizers to the table. The food service took longer than expected for a simple menu item, but we weren't in a rush (just got another round). The shop on the way out is awesome, however I do wish that the menu on tap and for purchase were a little more paralleled. The only two I wanted to take home (1) was in growler form only (more $$ than I wanted to spend and will take multiple trips to pay off as worth it) and (2) wasn't available for sale. Overall, a good experience and I will definitely be back. Based on the vibes from winter last year to my current visit, late summer and fall feel like the best time to visit crowd wise. I'll keep an eye out for more of the beers I like being offered for sale!

We just happened to be in the area yesterday and ventured over to an old hangout, which didn’t disappoint. Haven’t been here since my friends in college would come work aka “brewing” packing cases of their Original Pale Ale. After being away for 30 years, this place didn’t disappoint. Service was great, beers were delicious and fresh. Food was fantastic! Our next visit will be much sooner than my last time

Monday night is wing night (and music bingo) and they have some of the best wings around. The food, the service, and the beer absolutely don’t disappoint. Recommend a flight if you’ve never been. They’re known for their blueberry ale and green moneys, but whether you want an IPA, Mexican style lager, Irish amber ale or a porter - there is something for all the beer lovers in your life. Good food. Great bartenders. Excellent wings (solid menu and food overall). 10/10 highly recommend.

A random adventure inadvertently lead us to this local brewery and we weren't disappointed. This location has an excellent balance between it's active brewery and tap room, and plenty of seating. The main area has a repurposed Airstream trailer as it's main bar with tables and chairs. The section in the back has additional seating and a stage, plus there is an outdoor section of seating that's dog friendly with a bar and another open air stage. Their gift shop has coolers for beer to go and an assortment of merchandise. A standard bar menu is available, but unfortunately, the only gluten free item is a salad. I highly recommend making a stop at this brewery, intentionally or accidentally, and you won't be disappointed.

Great outdoor sitting. Helpful bar service. We had appetizers of wings and fried pickles. Both were good. Pickles were crispy and not greasy. The but brown ale was a good flavor and light. The orange beer was crisp. The one to try is the blueberry beer. That was great.

Great place to watch football on a Sunday. Good variety of beers (I was a big fan of the blood orange creamsicle sour), and the street corn flatbread is incredible!

This place is awesome. The food, beer, and staff are amazing. I always have a dozen chicken wings every Monday during music bingo. both dry rubs are delicious along with all the additional sauces that they have to go with them. this place never disappoints.

Food was solid. Freshly made but did take a while for food to arrive. Black bean burger was home made with fresh ingredients. Tuesday night trivia was fun. PS Bring your ID if you want to drink.
